We offer both custom-made digital design services and ready-made templates, including:

  • Company letters and administrative documents

  • Ready-made editable templates (Excel / PowerPoint / PDF)

Products may be delivered as custom designs or ready-made files depending on your order.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • Work begins only after payment confirmation through the available payment gateways.

  • Ready-made templates are delivered instantly after payment (via download link or email).

  • Custom design orders require confirmation of project details before production begins.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the service involves digital creation and electronic delivery.

5. Delivery Time

  • Custom designs: typically delivered within 2–3 business days.

  • During peak periods, delivery may extend up to one (1) week with prior notice.

  • Ready-made templates: delivered instantly after payment.

6. Design Process & Revisions (Satisfaction Assurance)

For custom design services:

  • You will receive 2–3 initial concepts to choose from.

  • Each order includes up to two (2) complimentary revision rounds for minor changes (colors, text, small adjustments).

  • Major changes or new concepts are billed separately.

  • Final files are delivered only after your explicit approval.

7. Ready-Made Templates & License

Upon purchasing any ready-made template:

You Receive:

A Personal or Internal Business Use License allowing you to:

  • Edit the template

  • Modify colors, text, and layout

  • Use it for your personal or company activities

You May NOT:

❌ Resell the template
❌ Redistribute or share it (paid or free)
❌ Upload it to marketplaces or file-sharing platforms
❌ Gift it to others
❌ Use it commercially as a product for sale

Any violation constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

8. Cancellation, Refund Policy & Issue Resolution

8.1 Refund & Cancellation Rules

Because all services and templates are digital products:

  • Payments are non-refundable after custom work has begun or after digital files have been delivered.

  • Cancellation may be considered only before work begins on custom orders.

  • If a ready-made file contains a technical error or delivery issue, we will fix or resend it free of charge.

8.2 Flexibility in Issue Resolution (Not a Refund Right)

If any issue arises with a delivered digital product—such as file corruption, incorrect format, or an unmet requirement—Speed Shop may resolve the issue using one or more of the following methods, at its discretion:

  • Re-delivering or correcting the original file

  • Providing an updated or alternative version of the product

  • Offering a similar or equivalent digital service

  • Implementing technical or design adjustments to meet the requested requirement

In exceptional cases where Speed Shop determines that a financial compensation is appropriate, the store reserves the right to choose the compensation method.
Compensation is not required to be issued through the same payment method originally used and may be processed through an alternative method deemed suitable by the store.

This section is intended to provide flexibility in resolving issues and does not constitute a standard right to refunds for digital products.

9. Intellectual Property

All digital works remain the property of Speed Shop until full payment is received.
After payment, you receive usage rights as described in the license section.
These rights do not include resale, duplication, sharing, or redistribution.
We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data only to:

  • Complete your order

  • Deliver purchased digital products

  • Provide updates and support

  • Comply with legal requirements

Data may be shared with third-party service providers only where necessary (payment processing, hosting, legal compliance).
