At Speed Shop, we provide 100% digital products and services, including custom design work and ready-made templates.
Because all products are delivered electronically, this Refund Policy explains the limited cases in which corrections or issue resolutions may be considered.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products – No Refunds After Delivery
All purchases are final and non-refundable once:
The digital product (template/file) has been delivered, or
Work has begun on a custom design request
Since digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, no monetary refunds will be issued after delivery.
2. Custom Design Services
For custom design orders:
Work begins after payment confirmation
You will receive initial concepts to choose from
Each order includes Two (2) free revision after delivery
Additional revisions may incur extra fees
Once the project has started or final files have been delivered, refunds are not available.
3. Ready-Made Templates (Excel / PowerPoint / PDF)
Ready-made templates are delivered instantly after payment.
Because they are accessible immediately upon purchase:
❌ No refunds
❌ No cancellations
❌ No exchanges
If the file contains a technical issue or formatting error, we will provide a corrected version free of charge.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Files
If a file is:
Corrupted
Missing elements
Not opening correctly
Please contact us within 48 hours, and we will repair or replace the file at no additional cost.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, please notify us immediately.
We may offer one of the following:
A replacement with another template of equal value, or
A store credit
(Refunds are not provided for duplicate purchases.)
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be considered only if:
The order is for a custom design, and
Work has not started yet
Once production begins, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
Instant-download templates cannot be canceled at any time.
7. Flexibility in Issue Resolution (Not a Refund Right)
In the event of a problem with a delivered digital product—such as formatting issues, unmet design requirements, or technical errors—Speed Shop may resolve the issue in one or more of the following ways, at its discretion:
Re-delivering or correcting the original file
Providing an updated or alternative version of the product
Offering a similar digital product of equal value
Making technical or design adjustments based on client needs
In exceptional situations where compensation is deemed appropriate:
Speed Shop reserves the right to determine the compensation method.
Compensation does not have to be issued through the same payment method used in the original purchase and may be processed via an alternative method deemed suitable by the store.
This flexibility is offered to ensure customer satisfaction and does not constitute a standard right to refunds for digital products.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks are considered abuse and may result in:
Account restrictions
License termination
Legal action where applicable
We strongly encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issue.
